Identity Work: You Manifest Who You Are
Whether with intention or by default, every belief you hold, every story you tell, and every emotional frequency you carry is shaping your reality. Manifesting isn’t something you turn on when you visualize for a few minutes or create a vision board. It’s something you are always doing.
So let’s bring your awareness fully into the process. Let’s begin shaping with clarity, curiosity, and love.
- In the last 30 days, what patterns have shown up that you didn’t “ask” for? What might they reveal about your current identity?
- Complete: “I’m someone who…” Write your honest self-concept, then write the 1% truer version you’re ready to claim.
- What belief about your worth are you retiring today? What’s the new belief you’ll practice instead?
- If the universe only heard your emotional baseline this week, what would it deliver? One gentle practice to raise that baseline by a notch.
- Which old identity no longer fits? Write: “I used to be someone who…” → then: “Now I’m the woman who…”
- Without the belief “I have to struggle to receive,” what action—or allowing—would you try today?
- Choose one daily micro-habit that matches the identity you’re stepping into (what, when, trigger).
